Terms of Service

DBCOD — a product of Dynamics Bridge. Last updated: 22 October 2026.

These terms govern your use of DBCOD (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), an operations desk that helps Shopify merchants automate cash-on-delivery (COD) order confirmation, courier booking, fraud control and profit reporting. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

DBCOD connects to your Shopify store and the couriers and messaging providers you choose, and provides a dashboard to confirm orders, book and track parcels, flag risky buyers and see your profit. Features may change or improve over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity of staff you invite. You must use the Service lawfully and only for stores you are authorised to manage.

Your data and connected services

You remain the owner of your store and customer data. You are responsible for the accounts you connect (Shopify, WhatsApp/Meta and couriers) and for complying with their terms and with the laws that apply to messaging your customers. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed per the plan you choose. A free trial, where offered, needs no card. You can stop using the Service at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Either side may end the arrangement; on termination your access stops and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
